摘要
单天线调频连续波(FMCW)雷达因其小型化、低功耗、高精度等特点在军民领域受到广泛关注,但是收发间射频泄漏问题严重制约其发展。目前,对消技术是提高单天线FMCW雷达收发隔离度最具发展前景的技术。介绍了一款基于数字对消技术的X波段对消试验系统,在150 MHz/ms的扫频速率下对消深度优于32 dB。
Single antenna frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW)radar is well-known for its advantages of small size,low power consumption and high accuracy in the military and civilian fields.However,weak isolation between the transmitter and the receiver seriously restricts its development.Digital cancellation is currently the most promising technology to improve the isolation in the single antenna FMCW radar.An X-band cancellation test system is introduced based on the digital cancellation technology,which indicates that the cancellation ratio is superior to 32 dB at the frequency sweep rate of 150 MHz/ms.
