摘要
某医药中间体原料药生产厂家的废水处理站存在臭气超标的问题。以现有废气处理组系统(多级化学吸收+紫外光催化)为基础,通过优化工艺,调节参数,其将排气筒臭气浓度从1 300倍降低至800倍以内。这样不仅解决了厂界臭气浓度超标的问题,也为同类废气的进一步提升改造提供了解决思路,最终降低其对大气环境的影响。
The wastewater treatment station of a pharmaceutical intermediate raw material drug manufacturer has the problem of excessive odor.Based on the existing exhaust gas treatment group system(multi-stage chemical absorption+ultraviolet photocatalysis),the parameters are adjusted by optimizing the process,which reduces the exhaust gas odor concentration from 1 300 times to 800 times.This not only solves the problem of excessive odor concentration in the plant boundary,but also provides solutions for the further improvement of the same type of exhaust gas,and ultimately reduces its impact on the atmospheric environment.
