土壤中重金属镍的分析方法

The Analysis Method of Heavy Metal Nickel in Soil

土壤中重金属镍的测定有原子吸收法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法、示波极谱法、荧光光谱法等不同的分析方法,除了分析方法的不同,还有不同的前处理方法。本文对土壤中包括镍元素在内的各种前处理及分析方法进行了对比研究,比较了不同消解方法及消解试剂的优缺点,并分析了AAS、ICP-AES、ICP-MS三种主要测定方法的特点,总结了如何确定消解方法和选定分析方法。

There are different analytical methods for the determination of heavy metal nickel in soil,such as atomic absorption method,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,oscillopolarography,fluorescence spectrometry,etc.Besides the different analytical methods,there are also different pretreatment methods.Various pretreatment and analysis methods including nickel in soil were studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of different digestion methods and digestion reagents were compared.The characteristics of three main methods of AAS,ICP-AES and ICP-MS were analyzed,and the methods of digestion and selected analytical methods were summarized.
