摘要
鼓风炉熔炼是一种古老的冶炼方法,它是指在竖式炉中靠炉料与上升炉气对流加热进行熔炼。鼓风炉是一种具有垂直作业空间的冶金设备,熔炼过程按逆流原理进行,即炉料与燃料从鼓风炉上部加入,垂直向下往本床移动,并从本床放出熔炼产物。鼓风炉内的空气及燃料燃烧所生成的气体从下面沿着垂直炉身通过炉内的炉料与燃料的空隙上升。某密闭鼓风炉处理的氧化矿中含有0.87%左右的硫,并且使用的焦炭中含有1.13%硫。产生的尾气通过酸碱中和进行除硫,起初,尾气处理后含硫还高达600 g/Nm3,远高于国家标准要求(<400 mg/Nm^3)。在采取相关措施综合治理后,目前尾气含硫仅有200 mg/Nm^3,可满足达标排放要求。
Blast furnace smelting is an ancient method of smelting.It is a process of smelting in a vertical furnace by convection heating of the charge and rising furnace gas.The blast furnace is a metallurgical equipment with a vertical working space.The smelting process is carried out according to the countercurrent principle,that is,the charge and fuel are fed from the upper part of the blast furnace,moving vertically downward to the bed,and discharging the smelted product from the bed.The air generated in the blast furnace and the gas generated by the combustion of the fuel rise from below along the vertical furnace body through the gap between the charge and the fuel in the furnace.The oxidized ore treated in a closed blast furnace contains about 0.87%sulfur,and the coke used contains 1.13%sulfur.The produced tail gas is desulfurized by acid-base neutralization.At the beginning,the sulfur content after the tail gas treatment is as high as 600 g/Nm^3,which is much higher than the national standard requirement(<400 mg/Nm^3).After adopting a series of related measures for comprehensive treatment,the current sulfur content of exhaust gas is only 200 mg/Nm3,which can meet the discharge requirements.
