Technical Analysis of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Process in Coking Plant

随着经济的快速发展和进步,环保问题越来越引起高度重视,因此人们对焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝工艺技术的关注程度也越来越高。本文主要论述了焦化厂焦化生产过程中烟气中的氮氧化物和二氧化硫等污染物的成因及处理方法,分析了焦炉烟气特点,结合具体情况,分析脱硫脱硝方法的优缺点,为焦化厂烟气脱硫脱硝工艺设计提供适当的指导和参考。

With the rapid development and progress of the economy,environmental protection issues have attracted more and more attention.Therefore,the focus of the coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitration process technology is getting higher and higher.This paper mainly discusses the causes and treatment methods of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in flue gas during the coking production process of coking plant,and analyzes the characteristics of coke oven flue gas.Combined with the specific conditions,the advantages and disadvantages of the desulfurization and denitration method are analyzed,and appropriate guidance and reference are provided for the design of the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process in the coking plant.
