摘要
针对工业发展、水资源短缺和环境保护的突出问题,本文首先简单介绍了高含盐废水的来源、组分特点及危害,然后重点介绍了目前国内外常用的几种高含盐废水蒸发零排放技术及其工艺特点,并对其实施难点进行了展望。研究发现,热经济性是沸腾蒸发零排放工艺选择的关键,该技术还需要进一步朝分盐处理方向发展,实现结晶盐的独立分离固化回收,最终实现真正意义上的无害化和资源化。
For the prominent problems of industrial development,water resources shortage and environmental protection,this paper firstly introduces the sources,components and hazards of high salt wastewater,then mainly introduces several evaporation zero discharge technologies of high salt wastewater and their process characteristics,which are commonly used at home and abroad now,and prospects for their implementation difficulties.The study found that thermal economy is the key to the choice of boiling evaporation zero-emission process.The technology also needs to be further developed in the direction of salt separation,to achieve independent separation and solidification recovery of crystalline salts,and ultimately achieve harmlessness and resource utilization in the true sense.
