摘要
高速旋流低温污泥干燥技术充分利用空气动力学加上特殊的结构设计,使系统内产生空气流和物料流,并保持两项不混合,通过二级旋风干燥系统可将污泥含水率从82%降至30%。整个系统做到了在无外加热源的情况下将污泥中的水分脱除,水分以水雾的形式被空气流带走,干燥效果好,占地面积小,投资和运营费用相比其他干化工艺低,产品含水率低,粒径小,可制成有机肥或造粒制成成型燃料,该技术应用在污泥处置领域,将具有良好的发展前景。
High-speed swirling low-temperature sludge drying technology makes full use of aerodynamics and special structure design to produce air flow and material flow in the system,and keep two non-mixing.Sludge moisture content can be reduced from 82%to 30%through the secondary tornado drying system.The whole system achieves water content in sludge without external heating source.Removal of moisture is carried away by air flow in the form of water mist.The drying effect is good,the area occupied is small,the investment and operation cost are lower than other drying processes,the product moisture content is low,the particle size is small,and it can be made into organic fertilizer or granulation into briquette fuel.The application of this technology in the field of sludge disposal will have a good development prospect.
