摘要
本文针对侧吹熔炼处理含铜危废技术应用中存在的主要问题,进行全方位分析,并简要介绍了侧吹熔炼处理含铜危废的技术原理和特点,如对物料的含水量要求较低、炉床的反应空间大、提高侧吹炉的运行效率等,提出侧吹熔炼处理含铜危废技术开发与应用要点,希望能够为相关人员提供良好借鉴。
In this paper,the main problems in the application of copper-containing hazardous waste technology in sideblown smelting are analyzed,and the technical principles and characteristics of copper-containing hazardous waste in side-blow smelting are briefly introduced,such as lower requirement for water content of materials,large reaction space of furnace bed,and improving the operation efficiency of side-blown furnace.The development and application of coppercontaining hazardous waste technology in side-blow smelting treatment are proposed,in order to provide a good reference for relevant personnel.
