摘要
大规模不停电更换220 kV智能变电站合并单元CPU插件研究方案的目的是在智能变电站运行过程中提供一种简易、科学、可靠的安全措施,提高整改工作效率,确保现场的安全和设备的可靠运行。以吕梁中南铁路4座220 kV站合并单元缺陷整改为例,研究了停电状态和不停电状态下3种解决方案,提出了最优解决方案,并应用于现场实际工作,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
The purpose of studying on replacing CPU plug-in of 220 kV intelligent substation merge unit without large-scale power outage is to providea simple,scientific and reliable measure to improve the efficiency of the rectification work in the course of intelligent substation operation,and to ensure on-site safety and reliable operation of equipment.Taking the defect correction of four 220 kV stations in Lvliang Central South Railway as an example,this paper studies three solutions under the condition of blackout and non-blackout,and puts forward the optimal solution,which has been applied on site,having achieved significant social and economic effects.
