摘要
汽轮机EH调速系统抗燃油运行维护措施中,清洁度和水分的处理技术已相对成熟,但是仍然不能解决伺服阀卡涩失效问题。应用平衡电荷系统原理与干离子交换树脂材料的组合技术,可以有效解决电厂EH系统抗燃油颗粒度、油泥、胶质物和酸值问题,提高抗燃油运行品质,减少伺服阀卡涩,节约检修维护成本,确保电厂设备安全稳定运行。
In the anti-fuel operation and maintenance of the steam turbine EH speed control system,the cleanliness and moisture treatment measures are relatively mature,but still cannot solve the problem of the servo valve jam.The application of balanced charge system principle and dry ion exchange resin material can solve the problems of fuel particle granule,sludge,colloid and acid value in power plant steam turbine EH system,ensuring the safe and stable operation of power plant equipment.
