吉首大学在校大学生生育观的现状调查

Investigation on the Sta tus Quo of the Concept of Fertility of College Students in Jishou University

目的了解吉首大学在校大学生的生育观现状,为有关部门相应政策地制定提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对710名(男227名,女483名)吉首大学在校大学生生育观现状进行调查。结果吉首大学在校大学生生育观的理想生育年龄为25~29岁,最佳生育组合为一个男孩和一个女孩,孩子抚养模式上更多倾向于亲自抚养,培养规划上40.42%选择尊重孩子意愿,53.38%认为生育前应按医院要求及时做产检;不同性别、年级的大学生在生育一胎的理想子女类型上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年级、专业、成长环境的大学生对产检的态度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响大学生生育意愿的主要原因是生理医疗状况、经济与居住条件。结论当代大学生的生育观已经不同于上一代人,更加趋于理性化,传统的“重男轻女”“多子多福”等观念已逐渐淡化。

Objective To understand the current situation of the concept of fertility of college students in Jishou University and provide evidence for the relevant departments to formulate corresponding policies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the current status of 710 students(227 males and 483 females)in Jishou University.Results The ideal childbearing age of the students in Jishou University is 25-29 years old.The best birth combination is a boy and a girl.The child rearing pattern is more inclined to raise oneself.40.42%of the training plan chooses to respect the child's wishes.53.38%believed that the birth check should be done in time according to the requirements of the hospital before birth;the students of different genders and grades had statistical differences in the ideal child type of birth(P<0.05);the students of different gender,grade,professional and growth environment attitude of the birth control was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main reasons affecting the students'fertility intention were the physiological medical condition,economic and living conditions.Conclusion The concept of fertility of contemporary college students is different from that of the previous generation,and it is more rational.The traditional concepts of“heavy and frivolous”and“multiple sons and more blessings”have gradually faded.
