完善的电子健康档案系统涵盖个人所有卫生服务记录,该文理清了其从数据源到数据输出的信息流程,明晰了它们的权限范围,建立一个多维度的健康档案信息模型。
The complete electronic health record system covers all personal health service records.This paper clarifies the information flow from data source to data output,clarifies their scope of authority,and establishes a multi-dimensional health file information model.
