信息化教学设计在临床医学本科皮肤性病学教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨信息化教学设计在临床医学本科皮肤性病学教学中的应用。方法将100名临床医学专业本科学生随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50名,实验组应用信息化教学设计教学进行教学,对照组采用传统教学。教学内容包含“荨麻疹”“药疹”“带状疱疹”“皮肤肿瘤”。总学时12学时,传统教学组为大班理论授课6学时,小组临床见习6学时,实验组应用信息化教学设计教学进行引导式教学,每次3学时,共12学时。课后小测验成绩分析、学期结束时进行教学满意度评价和期末考试成绩分析。结果①实验组在职业价值和伦理、交流技能、临床技能、群体健康和卫生系统、信息管理、评判性思维和研究等方面的教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);②4次教学内容结束时小测验成绩,实验组分数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。期末理论考试实验组总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息化教学设计不仅可以提高课堂有效性,学生对知识的理解和应用能力,而且有利于学生自主学习能力的培养。 Objective To explore the application of informatization instructional design in the teaching of clinical medical undergraduate dermatology.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students in clinical medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 students in each group.The experimental group used informatization instructional design teaching for teaching,and the control group used traditional teaching.The teaching content included“urticaria”“drug rash”“herpes zoster”and“skin tumor”.The total number of hours was 12 hours.The traditional teaching group teaches 6 hours of class for the big class theory,6 hours of group clinical training,and the experimental group applies the instructional teaching of information-based instructional design teaching,each time 3 hours,a total of 12 hours.After-school test score analysis,teaching satisfaction evaluation and final exam score analysis at the end of the semester.Results 1.The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group in occupational value and ethics,communication skills,clinical skills,group health and health system,information management,critical thinking and research were higher than the control group(P<0.05);2.At the end of the 4th teaching content,the number of experimental components was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the experimental group at the end of the theoretical examination was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Informatization teaching design can not only improve the effectiveness of the classroom,students'ability to understand and apply knowledge,but also help students develop their independent learning ability.
