企业办三甲医院2014—2018年护理论文的发表现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of the Publication of Nursing Papers in the Top Three Hospitals of Enterprises From 2014 to 2018

目的分析企业办三甲医院2014—2018护理论文的产出情况,为医院科教部门制定教学计划提供依据。方法从中国知网数据库提取5年来共收录的第一作者发表的论文,运用文献统计法,分析评价该院护理论文的影响力和竞争力。结果该院第一作者的护理论文5年总计196篇,平均发文量39.20篇,人均发文量0.30篇,核心期刊收录率1.02%,论文被引用率59.18%,被引次数365次,综合指数明显低于同等规模的军队三甲医院。结论护理论文的数量和质量有很大的提升空间,管理部门应注重实效,加强培训,提升整体护理实力。

Objective To analyze the output of the nursing papers of the enterprises in the top three hospitals from 2014 to 2018,and provide the basis for the hospital science and education department to develop the teaching plan.Methods Extract the papers published by the first author from the China Knowledge Network database for 5 years.Using the literature statistical method,the author analyzes and evaluates the influence and competitiveness of the nursing papers in our hospital.Results The first author's nursing papers in our hospital totaled 196 papers in 5 years,with an average of 39.20 articles,0.30 per capita articles,and the core journals 1.02%,the citation rate of the paper was 59.18%,and the number of citations was 365 times.The comprehensive index was significantly lower than the military top three hospitals of the same scale.Conclusion There is a lot of room for improvement in the quantity and quality of nursing papers.The management department should pay attention to actual results,strengthen training,and improve the overall nursing strength.
