摘要
移动顶隧道窑是最近新出现的一种新型烧砖工业窑炉,它结构简单,不需要传统的窑车和运转设备,大大降低了焙烧过程中的空气过剩系数,采用类似轮窑的操作方法焙烧制品,因此具有投资少、成本低、能耗小等优点。通过对该窑的结构组成、工作原理、配套设施等方面的说明,比较详尽地介绍了移动顶隧道窑的特点,特别是对该窑存在的不足和发展方向,提出了改进建议。
Through the structure,working principle and supporting facilities of the mobile kiln,the characteristics of the kiln are introduced in detail,especially the deficiencies and development directions of the kiln,and sugges?tions for improvement are put forward.
