对唐山市和环京津地区混凝土预制构件企业调研和数据分析的基础上,根据唐山和北京、天津近五年来的房屋建筑规模和现有城镇化率,预测到2025年三地房屋建筑规模和装配式混凝土建筑比例及预制率,结合三地装配式建筑的发展指标、现有混凝土预制构件的产能布局、目前唐山占京津预制构件市场份额,预测到2025年唐山市混凝土预制构件的市场需求量,对比分析唐山市预制构件年设计产能,从而得出唐山市装配式混凝土预制构件的产能状态。
Based on the survey and data analysis of concrete pre-cast component enterprises in Tangshan city and the Beijing-Tianjin area,the paper predicts the market demand for concrete pre-cast components in Tangshan by 2025,comparative analyzes the annual design capacity of Tangshan pre-cast components,and thus proposes the production capacity of prefabricated concrete pre-cast components in Tangshan City.
