摘要
空调压缩机的制造装配作为空调工业生产中最普遍和基本的部分,一直以来因其人力成本高,自动化程度低而又必不可少的特点饱受诟病。为了实现本环节的自动化、智能化生产,文章介绍了一种依靠摄像头视觉定位,从而实现机械手精确移动压缩机的控制方法。该方法可以有效的推进压缩机装配全自动化,提高压缩机装配的效率和抓取准确性。
As the most common and basic part of air conditioning production industry,the manufacture and assembly of air conditioning compressor has been criticized because of its high labor cost and low degree of automation.In order to realize the automatic and intelligent production of this link,this paper introduces a control method to realize the precise movement of the compressor by relying on the visual positioning of the camera.This method can effectively promote the full automation of compressor assembly and improve the efficiency and accuracy of compressor assembly.
