摘要
文章针对EDR低速碰撞试验的要求设计了一款试验用承载板车,通过加工及试验验证,对其车身、转向机构及试验车辆固定装置三个方面的不足进行了结构优化,结构优化后的板车兼容性、灵活性及耐撞击性能均有显著提高,对EDR测试技术的研究和行业发展具有重要意义。
In this paper,according to the requirements of EDR low speed impact test,a load bearing plate car for test is designed.Through processing and test verification,the structure of its body,steering mechanism and test vehicle fixing device are optimized.The compatibility,flexibility and impact resistance of the plate car after structural optimization are significantly improved,which is of great significance to the research of EDR testing technology and the development of the industry.
