摘要
小角X射线散射(Small Angle X-ray Scattering)技术是研究物质内部亚微观结构的重要方法,由于其有着独特的优点,小角X射线散射被越来越多的应用到各个领域。文章综述了小角X射线散射的基本原理、基础理论及其独特的优点,并着重介绍了小角X射线散射在地质相关方面的应用及在天然气水合物方面应用前景。
Small Angle X-ray Scattering(SAXS)is an important method to study the internal submicrostructure of matter.Because of its unique advantages,Small Angle X-ray Scattering has been more and more used in various fields.In this paper,the basic principle,basic theory and unique advantages of Small Angle X-ray Scattering are reviewed,with emphasis on the application of SAXS in geology and gas hydrate.
