基于船闸位置检测装置的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 不同船闸的闸阀门位置检测装置与其所处水位、流量、航道条件等环境因素有直接关联,对船闸运行的相关控制工艺有着重要影响。通过对淮安船闸、邵伯船闸和三峡船闸所处环境条件、过闸情况以及闸阀门位置检测装置等主要设备与运行工艺技术应用情况对比分析,讨论并优化适用于三峡船闸的闸阀门位置检测对应的开度仪、行程开关以及合拢对中和错位检测传感器及其结构布置形式,为船闸闸阀门位置检测装置更新换代选型研究拓宽思路,提供一定的参考。 The valve position detection devices of different locks are directly related to the environmental factors such as water level,discharge,channel conditions and so on,which have an important influence on the related control technology of lock operation.Through the comparative analysis of the application of main equipment and operation technology,such as the environmental conditions of Huaian lock,Shaobo lock and Three Gorges Shiplock,as well as the position detection device of lock valve,etc.,this paper discusses and optimizes the corresponding opening instrument,stroke switch,closing centralization and dislocation detection sensor and its structural arrangement suitable for the position detection of the lock valve of the Three Gorges Shiplock.The purpose of this paper is to broaden the horizon and provide some reference for the research on the replacement and selection of lock valve position detection device.
