管式超滤膜在火电厂含煤废水处理系统的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 江苏某火力发电厂,采用进口褐煤作为燃料,产生的含煤废水具有浊度高,水质波动大,悬浮物不易沉降等特征。文章指出传统加药处理工艺不能稳定连续运行,为解决传统工艺的弊端,现采用进口管式超滤膜做中试试验,经过一个月的连续运行,中试试验结果表明系统性能稳定,出水浊度NTU<1.0,出水水质完全满足煤场回用要求。 The imported lignite is used as fuel in a thermal power plant in Jiangsu province.The coal containing wastewater produced has the characteristics of high turbidity,high fluctuation of water quality and difficult settling of suspended solids.The traditional medicine treatment process can not run stably and continuously.In order to solve the drawbacks of the traditional process,the imported tubular ultrafiltration membrane is used as a pilot test.After one month of continuous operation,the pilot test results show that the performance of the system is stable,the turbidity NTU of the effluent is less than 1.0,and the quality of the effluent completely meets the requirements of coal yard reuse.
