人工智能时代高职院校的人才培养研究

Research on talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in the era of artificial intelligence

人工智能时代的来临改变了传统的生产运作模式,带来了就业市场的变革,人工智能在取代了部分工作岗位的同时,也创造了新的岗位与职业。人工智能时代最为重要的人才需求特质即创新思维能力、人机交互协同能力、组织协作能力和终身学习的能力。文章提出高职院校作为培养技术技能人才的摇篮,须要适时调整专业、课程设置、改善实验实训设施等教学配套、进行过程性的学生管理与评价、提高教师的人工智能素养,提升人才培养层次,提高人才培养质量,不断满足人工智能时代的人才需求。

The advent of the era of artificial intelligence has changed the traditional mode of production and operation,bringing about the reform of the job market.Artificial intelligence has replaced some jobs.Meanwhile,it has also created new jobs and occupation.The most important talent demand characteristics in the era of artificial intelligence are innovative thinking ability,human-computer interaction synergy ability,organizational collaboration ability and lifelong learning ability.As a cradle for cultivating technical skills talents,the higher vocational colleges need to adjust their majors,curriculum and improve experimental training facilities and other teaching facilities,process management and evaluation of students,improve teachers’artificial intelligence quality,improve the level of talent training,improve the quality of personnel training,and continuously meet the talent demand of the artificial intelligence era.
