摘要
以己内酰胺为单体,赖氨酸为支化单体,制备了含有少量长支链结构的无规支化聚酰胺6,利用FTIR、DSC、SAXS和流变测试等方法研究了支化聚酰胺6的结构与性能。表征结果显示,赖氨酸作为AB2型三官能共聚单体,可与己内酰胺共聚制备含长支链结构的支化聚酰胺胺6。支化聚酰胺6的零剪切黏度增加,剪切变稀现象更显著,有利于加工。支化聚酰胺6的结晶能力和结晶速度略有降低,但与黏度接近的线型聚酰胺6的力学性能相差不大,材料的力学性能主要受黏度的影响。聚酰胺6中引入长支链以后,使得分子链更易沿加工方向取向。
The random branched polyamide 6 containing a small amount of long branched structure has been prepared by using hexanolatctam as monomer and lysine as the branching monomer.The properties of the branched polyamide 6 were studied by FTIR,DSC,SAXS and rheological test.The results showed that as the AB2 trifunctional comonomer,lysine could copolymerized with hexanolatctam to prepared branched polyamide 6 containing long branched structure.The zero shear viscosity of the branched polyamide 6 increases,the shear thinning phenomenon becomes more obovious,which is favorable for processing.The crystallization ability and crystallization rate of the branched polyamide 6 are slightly lowered,but the mechanical properties of the linear polyamide 6 which is close to the viscosity are not much different,and the mechanical properties of the material are mainly affected by the viscosity.The introduction of long branches in the polyamide 6 makes it easier to orient the molecular chains in the machine direction.
