植入式静脉输液港在妇科肿瘤患者中的应用护理

Nursing Care for Patients with Gynecological Tumor at the Implanted Vein Infusion Port

目的了解植入式静脉输液港在妇科肿瘤患者中的应用护理。方法将我院收集2017年1月至2018年11月的30例妇科肿瘤患者,随机分组,对照组实施植入式静脉输液港和常规护理,实验组实施植入式静脉输液港和舒适护理。比较两组满意度;治疗的依从性、维护的时间;护理前后不良的心理评分情况;治疗过程并发症发生率。结果实验组满意度高于对照组,护理前两组不良的心理评分情况接近,P>0.05;护理后实验组不良的心理评分情况的改善幅度更大,P<0.05。实验组治疗的依从性、维护的时间更好,P<0.05,实验组治疗的依从性、维护的时间分别是(92.41±3.57)分以及(8.41±1.22)min,对照组治疗的依从性、维护的时间分别是(83.41±3.01)分以及(15.67±1.78)min。实验组治疗过程并发症发生率更少,P<0.05。实验组治疗过程并发症发生3例,对照组治疗过程并发症发生10例。结论妇科肿瘤患者实施植入式静脉输液港和舒适护理效果理想。

Objective To investigate the application of implantable intravenous infusion port in gynecological tumor patients.Methods Thirty patients with gynecologic oncology from January 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomized to receive an implanted intravenous port and routine care.The experimental group implemented an implanted intravenous port and comfort care.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the compliance of the treatment,the maintenance time;the poor psychological score before and after the treatment;the incidence of complications during the treatment..Result The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The psychological scores of the two groups before treatment were close,P>0.05.The improvement of the psychological score of the experimental group after treatment was greater,P<0.05.The adherence and maintenance time of the experimental group were better,P<0.05.The compliance and maintenance time of the experimental group were(92.41±3.57)and(8.41±1.22)min,respectively.The maintenance time was(83.41±3.01)minutes and(15.67±1.78)min.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was less,P<0.05.There were 3 cases of complications in the experimental group and 10 cases in the control group.Conclusion Implantable venous infusion port and comfortable nursing are ideal for gynecological tumor patients.
