健康教育配合有氧运动对冠心病致心肌缺血患者护理效果的影响研究

Effect of Health Education Combined with Aerobic Exercise on Nursing Effect of Patients with Myocardial Ischemia Caused by Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨健康教育配合有氧运动对冠心病致心肌缺血患者护理效果的影响。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的冠心病致心肌缺血患者96例,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=48)接受常规护理,观察组(n=48)接受健康教育联合有氧运动,对比两组患者治疗前后心功能和心肌缺血情况以及健康知识掌握情况和生理、心理健康程度。结果治疗后两组患者LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD均明显改善,观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ST段下移减少量、ST段压低次数明显多于对照组,心肌缺血发作次数、心肌缺血发作时间明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者健康知识掌握情况对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者PCS、MCS评分对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育配合有氧运动对冠心病致心肌缺血患者护理效果满意,能够显著改善患者的心脏功能,改善患者健康知识掌握情况。

Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with aerobic exercise on the nursing effect of patients with myocardial ischemia caused by coronary heart disease.Methods 96 patients with myocardial ischemia caused by coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital(January 2016 to January 2018)were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=48)received routine nursing.Observation group(n=48)Received health education combined with aerobic exercise,compared the heart function and myocardial ischemia before and after treatment,as well as health knowledge and physical and mental health.Results After treatment,LVEF,LVEDD,and LVESD were significantly improved in the two groups.The improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of ST segment and the ST segment depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The number of myocardial ischemic attacks and myocardial ischemic attack time were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the health knowledge of the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PCS and MCS scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with aerobic exercise is satisfactory for the nursing effect of patients with myocardial ischemia caused by coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve the heart function of patients and improve the health knowledge of patients.
