眼底激光辅助羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血流动力学与视觉功能的影响研究

Effect of Fundus Laser-assisted Calcium Dobesilate on Hemodynamics and Visual Function in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨眼底激光辅助羟苯磺酸钙在糖尿病视网膜病变对血流动力学和视觉功能影响。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者88例,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=44)接受全视网膜激光光凝术治疗,观察组(n=44)接受全视网膜激光光凝术辅助羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对比两组患者手术前后两组患者视力和血流参数(眼动脉-舒张末期血流速度、眼动脉-收缩期速度峰值、视网膜中央动脉-舒张末期血流速度、视网膜中央动脉-收缩期速度峰值)。结果手术前两组患者最佳矫正视力、眼动脉-舒张末期血流速度、眼动脉-收缩期速度峰值、视网膜中央动脉-舒张末期血流速度、视网膜中央动脉-收缩期速度峰值对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后观察组最佳矫正视力、眼动脉-舒张末期血流速度、眼动脉-收缩期速度峰值、视网膜中央动脉-舒张末期血流速度、视网膜中央动脉-收缩期速度峰值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼底激光辅助羟苯磺酸钙可有效改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者视觉功能和血流动力学。

Objective To investigate the effect of laser-assisted calcium dobesilate on hemodynamics and visual function in diabetic retinopathy.Methods 88 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=44)received total retinal laser photocoagulation and the observation group(n=44)received total retinal laser photocoagulation combined with calcium dobesilate.The visual acuity and blood flow parameters(eyes)of the two groups before and after operation were compared.Artery-end diastolic velocity,ophthalmic artery-end systolic velocity peak,central retinal artery-end diastolic velocity peak,central retinal artery-end systolic velocity peak.Results There was no significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity,eye artery-end diastolic blood flow velocity,peak ophthalmic artery-end systolic blood flow velocity,central retinal artery-end diastolic blood flow velocity and central retinal artery-end systolic blood flow velocity between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).The peak values of ophthalmic artery-systolic velocity,central retinal artery-end diastolic blood flow velocity and central retinal artery-systolic velocity were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser-assisted calcium dobesilate can effectively improve visual function and hemodynamics in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
