Objective To explore the effect of unilateral occlusive cerebrovascular lesions on long-term cognitive function of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods At the records of 123 patientswith ischemic stroke admitted in our department through DSA more than any of the large blood vessels in patients with a total of 63 cases into treatment group, matching the baseline data, obtained before the unilateral circulation vascular occlusion 60 patients in control group. The effects of mRS score,MMSE and MoCA score on long-term cognitive function were assessed in 12 months. Results The long-term cognitive function of the experimental group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anterior circulating COD may lead to the decline of long-term cognitive function in patients with mild ischemic stroke, and the DSA evaluation system can screen the patients with COD and can accurately assess the cognitive function characteristics.
