Research on Evaluation of Technological Innovation Ability of High-tech Enterprises based on Structural Equation Model

从技术创新感知能力、技术创新决策能力、技术创新实施能力和技术创新实现能力四个维度构建高新技术企业技术创新能力评价体系,运用结构方程模型对创业板上市的高新技术企业数据进行拟合评价,并对不同行业的技术创新能力进行比较分析,根据实证结果提出相应的对策建议。

The evaluation system of technological innovation ability of high-tech enterprises is constructed from four dimensions:technological innovation perception ability,technological innovation decision ability,technological innovation implementation ability and technological innovation realization ability,the structural equation model is used to fit and evaluate the data of high-tech enterprises listed on the gem,the technological innovation ability of different industries is compared and analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the empirical results.
