医科大学生创新创业思维现状调查及发展对策

Investigation on the Present Situation of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Thinking of Medical College Students and its Development Countermeasures

医科大学生创新创业思维的培养和提高可以带动医药行业创新创业活动的活跃和发展,推动医药卫生事业不断进步。医学创新创业思维包涵求同求异的思维、前瞻的思维、发散的思维、类比联想的思维、收敛的思维、审辩式思维、逆向的思维等。调查显示,医科大学生求同求异思维、发散思维、类比联想思维、收敛思维等四种创新创业思维更为活跃,而前瞻思维、审辩思维两种创新创业思维则相对薄弱,需要着重培养和提高。通过自觉养成创新创业思维习惯,创造有利于创新创业思维培养的育人环境和社会服务平台,提高医科大学生创新创业思维能力,推动医学创新创业发展。

The cultivation and improvement of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking of medical college students can promote the activity and development of innovative and entrepreneurial activities in the pharmaceutical industry and promote the continuous progress of medical and health undertakings.The thinking of medical innovation and entrepreneurship includes the thinking of seeking common ground and seeking difference,the thinking of foresight,the thinking of divergence,the thinking of analogy association,the thinking of convergence,the thinking of argumentation,the thinking of reverse,and so on.The investigation shows that the four kinds of innovative entrepreneurial thinking,such as seeking common ground and seeking difference,divergent thinking,analogical associative thinking and convergent thinking,are more active,while the two kinds of innovative entrepreneurial thinking,prospective thinking and argumentative thinking,are relatively weak.Emphasis needs to be placed on cultivation and improvement.Through consciously forming the habit of innovative entrepreneurial thinking,creating an educational environment and social service platform conducive to the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial thinking,improving the innovative entrepreneurial thinking ability of medical college students,and promoting the development of medical innovative entrepreneurial thinking.
