高职院校学生创业意愿现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Willingness in Higher Vocational Colleges

运用自行编制的“高职院校大学生创业意愿调查问卷”对258名高职院校学生进行调查和分析,结果显示高职院校学生创业意愿整体状况一般,创业各维度得分由高到低依次为:个人特质、创业意愿、创业态度、创业环境,总体均分为3.209。不同专业、年级、性别、生源地、家庭月收入的学生在部分创业意愿的因子上有差异。建议高职院校应积极开展创业教育,完善相关创业教育课程体系;改善高职院校学生的创业环境,为学生提供更好的外部环境。

By using the self-compiled questionnaire on entrepreneurial willingness of college students in Higher Vocational colleges,258 students in higher vocational colleges were investigated and analyzed.The results show that the overall situation of students'entrepreneurship intention in higher vocational colleges is general.The scores of entrepreneurship dimensions from high to low are:personal characteristics,entrepreneurship intention,entrepreneurship attitude,entrepreneurship environment,and the overall score is 3.209.Students of different majors,grades,genders,places of origin and family monthly income have different factors of entrepreneurial intention.It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should actively carry out entrepreneurship education,improve the relevant curriculum system of entrepreneurship education,improve the entrepreneurship environment of students in Higher Vocational colleges,and effectively provide external environment support for students.
