摘要
残疾儿童作为儿童中的弱势群体,其康复教育问题不容忽视。残疾儿童的融合教育不仅是残疾人事业关注的重点,更是儿童福利的重要内容之一,与残疾儿童自身健康发展密切相关。残疾儿童在融合教育教育过程中存在六大类问题,其主要症结在于:政策执行不到位,支持系统不完善,管理监督不彻底。应从精确化识别、个别化服务、精细化管理等方面精准施策,以实现残疾儿童享受公平教育的权利。
As a vulnerable group of children,rehabilitation education of handicapped children cannot be ignored.The inclusive education of handicapped children is not only the focus of the cause of the disabled,but also an important part of the welfare of children.It is closely related to the healthy development of handicapped children.The study explores six major problems in the process of inclusive education for handicapped children.The main crux of the problem is that the policy implementation is not in place;the support system is not perfect;the management supervision is not thorough.Finally,put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of precise identification,individualized service and refined management in order to realize the right of children with disabilities to enjoy fair education.
