Regional Dominance and Market Governance:the Core Content of the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

现代职业教育体系建设是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,是新时代我国职业教育法发展和改革的核心。通过对构建中国特色社会主义职业教育体系的逻辑起点、实践前提和治理逻辑进行分析认为,尽管职业教育体系构建过程中有一体化倾向,但区域主导与市场治理仍然是未来职业教育发展的核心内容,其中市场有效治理是新时代中国特色职业教育体系的创新逻辑。

The construction of modern vocational education system is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity modernization.It is also the core of the spirit of the era of China’s vocational education in the new era.This paper holds that regional dominance and market governance are still the core contents of the future vocational education development,based on the analysis of the logical starting point,practical premise and governance logic of constructing the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,despite the integration tendency in the process of constructing the vocational education system.Among them,effective market governance is the Innovative Logic of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
