通过对装配式防火隔板组件的构造进行研究,将装配式防火隔板组件设计为分体式结构,包括预制水平防火隔板和预制垂直防火隔板。此技术改变了原有防火隔板设计和安装的理念,创新出一种模块化设计、工厂化流水线加工、现场拼接的构造拼装方式。结合住宅产业化工艺的具体要求,运用全预制一体化施工技术,对现有技术中的不足进行研究和分析,提出技术解决方法。

Based on the study of the prefabricated fireproof partition structure,the prefabricated fireproof partition is designed as a split structure,including prefabricated horizontal and vertical fireproof partition.This technology changes the original concept of fireproof partition design and installation,and innovates a modular design,factory assembly line process ing,field assembly of the structure.This research unifies the housing industrialization craft the concrete request,uses the complete prefabrication integration construction technology,specially carries on the research and the analysis to the existing technology insufficiency,proposes the technical solution method.
