摘要
科研训练是培养创新型人才的重要途径,也是新时期高等教育提高科研能力的重要方法。化学专业本科生的科研训练过程主要包括文献检索与调研、实验方案设计与操作、数据分析与论文整理等内容,有助于培养学生文献检索、实验操作、团队合作和学术交流等方面的能力。科研训练的开展在促进学生自我发展的同时,有利于教师的专业发展和学校教学质量的提高。
Scientific research training is an important way to cultivate creative talents,and also an important method to improve research ability of higher education in the new era.The process of research training for chemistry undergraduates mainly includes literature retrieval and research,experimental design and operation,data analysis and paper writing,etc.,which is helpful for cultivating undergraduates’ability of literature search,experimental operation,teamwork and academic exchanges.Besides,research training is also beneficial for the professional development of teachers and the improvement of school in teaching quality.
