随着高校教育体制的不断发展,传统高校行政管理模式问题逐渐凸显,如何提高行政管理效率、优化提升服务质量水平成为社会关注的重点。本文从服务型高校行政管理模式内涵和特征着手,分析了服务型高校行政管理模式的重要性和相关现实问题,旨在得出构建服务型高校行政管理模式的策略方法,为后续相关研究提供借鉴参考。

With the continuous development of the higher education system,the problems of the traditional administration mode have become increasingly prominent.How to improve the efficiency of administration,optimize and promote the service quality has become the focus of social concern.Starting with the connotation and characteristics of the service-oriented administration mode in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the importance of the mode and related practical problems,aiming to propose the strategies and methods of constructing the mode,and provide reference for subsequent related research.
