Investigation and Analysis of Talent Cultivation Status in Agricultural Colleges under the Background of “Internet Plus”

互联网对大学教育的冲击倒逼着教育方法、人才培养模式的不断创新。农业发展正处于从传统农业向现代农业、智慧农业转型跨越的新阶段。本文在对农业院校人才培养现状调查的基础上,提出从打造多渠道学习平台、革新教学方法手段、建立立体化实践教学体系、构建创新教育模块和完善教育考评机制等方面探索创新应用型人才培养的新途径,逐步建立以能力提升为导向的人才培养机制。

The impact of Internet on university education forces the continuous innovation of educational methods and talent training models.Agricultural development is in a new stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern intelligent agriculture.Based on the investigation of the present situation of talent cultivation in agricultural colleges,This paper puts forward a new approach to the cultivation of innovative and applied talents from the aspects of building a multi-channel learning platform,innovating teaching methods and means,establishing a three-dimensional practical teaching system,building an innovative education module and improving the educational evaluation mechanism to gradually establish a talent cultivation mechanism oriented by ability improvement.
