摘要
为了提高中职学生的职业能力,实现培养更符合岗位需求的学生的目的,本文分析了中职学生职业能力的构成要素以及当前的校企合作方式在培养中职学生职业能力过程中存在的问题,提出通过校企深度融合以提高中职学生职业能力的方法。
In order to improve secondary vocational school students'professional ability,make the students match the needs of the position,this paper analyzes the components of secondary vocational school students'professional ability and the problems in the process of cultivating professional ability of secondary vocational school students,and puts forward the method of deep school-enterprise integration to improve secondary vocational school students'professional ability.
