Analysis of Errors in the Chinese-Russian Translation of Public Signs

随着全球化进程的不断加深,我们知道中国与俄罗斯以及其他广泛使用俄语的国家有着紧密的联系,交往十分密切。中国是一个十分好客的国家,以礼相待是中国人民的待客之道,也是一种美德。许多俄语受众来到中国学习、工作、生活和居住,为了使他们在中国的生活更加方便快捷,在街边竖立了许多俄语公示语,然而公示语作为一种有着特殊文本的文字语言,既无主语,无感情色彩,又十分简洁易懂,其功能就是提醒公众遵守公共场合行为准则,规范公众行为,为公众指示方向、道路,更好地为公众服务。这些公式语在我们的生活中起着很大作用。但是在这些公式语在带来便利的同时,译文中也或多或少地存在一些错误。本文将针对公式语汉俄翻译中出现的失误进行简要的分析。

As the globalization process continues to deepen,China and Russia,as well as other countries that use Russian extensively,have close ties and close contacts.China is a very hospitable nation.Treating people with courtesy is the hospitality and a virtue of the Chinese people.Many Russians come to study,work and live in China.In order to make their life more convenient in China,many Russian public signs are erected on the street.However,public signs are a kind of written language with special texts without a subject and emotional coloring,but they are very simple and easy to understand.Their function is to remind the public to observe the public code of conduct in public,regulate public behavior,point directions and roads to the public,and better serve the public.These public signs play an important role in our lives.But while these public signs bring convenience,there are some errors in the translation of them.This paper will briefly analyze the errors in the Chinese-Russian translation of public signs.
