乡村振兴战略下乡村旅游合作社发展研究

On Development of Rural Tourism Cooperative under Strategy of Rural Revitalization

乡村旅游是乡村振兴的产业发展选择,乡村旅游合作社是促进乡村振兴的有效载体,研究乡村旅游合作社的发展对于乡村振兴具有重要的现实价值。阐述乡村旅游合作社的涵义及基本特征,简要分析其发展现状,剖析了合作社在基层干部辅导能力、合作社管理人才、合作社抗风险能力等三个角度的发展困境,提出了形成乡村旅游合作社发展的指导性意见、将合作社打造成乡村“双创”平台、打造合作社联社等有助于乡村旅游合作社发展的创新策略。

Rural tourism is the choice of industrial development for rural revitalization,Rural Tourism Cooperative(RTC)is the effective carrier to promote rural revitalization,studying the development of RTC has important practical value for rural revitalization.This paper elaborates the meaning and basic characteristics of RTC,briefly analyses the development status,analyzes the development dilemma from three perspectives such as Grass-roots cadres’counseling ability,RTC’s management talents and its anti-risk ability.This paper puts forward some innovative strategies for the development of RTC:Forming Guiding Opinions on the development of RTC,Creating RTC into rural“innovation and entrepreneurship”platform,and Crating the association of RTCs,etc.
