Review,Reflection and Prospect of Selection and Appointment of Head Coaches of the 70 Years Men’s Basketball Team in New China

竞技运动发展过程中,主教练对于一支球队的发展起着至关重要的作用。新中国成立70年来,中国男篮伴随着中国社会和世界篮球的进步不断发展,70年时间里先后有19位主教练执教中国男篮。主要运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,以历史视角、时间维度、多维分析的思路对不同时期主教练更换、参加国际比赛成绩、技战术风格变化与创新等方面进行回顾,在取得了一系列突破与成绩的同时也暴露出诸多问题。从辩证角度、发展环境的变化、教练员培养制度等方面,结合中国男篮实际和世界篮球发展变化对中国男篮主教练70年发展历程进行反思。展望中国男篮主教练选拔任用的前景,需要从教练员选拔任用制度的完善,注重创新、加大对篮球战术打法的重视,复合型教练团队组建等方面进行努力。伴随新时期中国篮球改革步伐的加大,有利于教练员成长相关政策措施的制定实施,不断营造国内外篮球教练员交流学习的氛围,为中国男篮良性发展,实现更大突破而未雨绸缪。

The head coach plays a vital role in the development of competitive sports.Seventy years after the founding of new China,the Chinese men's basket ball team has been developing continuously along with the progress of Chinese society and world basketball.During the 70 years,19 head coaches have coached the Chinese men's basketball team.This study reviewed the changes of head coaches in different periods,achievements in international competitions,changes and innovations in technical and tactical styles from the perspective of history,time and multi-dimensional analysis.A series of breakthroughs and achieve ments have been made and many problems have been exposed.From the dialectical Angle,the change of development environment,the coach training system and other aspects,combined with the reality of Chinese men's basketball and the development of world basketball to reflect on the development of Chinese men's basketball coach in the past 70 years.Looking forward to the prospect of China's men's basketball team coach selects,from the improvement of the system of se lection and appointment of trainers,pay attention to innovation,increase the recognition of basketball tactics,efforts to form a for complex coach team,along with the pace of Chinese basketball reform in the new period,is advantageous to the coaches growth related policies and measures for implementation,and con stantly create a basketball coaches at home and abroad to exchange learning atmosphere.I believe not far in the future will emerge many world-class high level basketball coaches.For the benign development of the Chinese men's basketball team,achieve greater breakthroughs and make preparations.
