摘要 水电建筑施工节能问题是目前建筑施工领域亟待解决的重点问题,对水电建筑施工节能模式评估,对于提高建筑工程节能施工技术水平具有重要意义。传统的评估方法计算量大、检验需要通过多次调整,造成评估结果不准。针对上述问题,提出基于建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术的水电建筑施工节能评估方法,采用施工工序分析法建立水电建筑施工节能模式总能耗模型,计算出建筑内含能耗、运输能耗、施工能耗,为后续评估过程提供基础数据;将BIM技术与模糊综合评估方法相融合,用于构建评估对象特征矩阵,根据指标评价区间确定评估可变范围并建立建筑施工节能模式模糊评估模型;由评估模型计算所有评价指标的隶属度,将计算结果进行归一化处理得到施工节能模式评估值。实验结果表明,所提方法与传统评估方法相比,评估结果与实测结果更加贴近、评估精度更高。 The energy-saving problem of hydropower building construction is a key issue in the field of building construction.The evaluation of energy-saving mode of hydropower building construction is of great significance for improving the technical level of energy-saving construction of building engineering.The traditional evaluation method is computationally intensive,and the inspection needs to be adjusted several times,resulting in inaccurate evaluation results.Aiming at the above problems,an energy-saving assessment method for hydropower building construction based on building information modeling(BIM)technology was proposed.The construction process analysis method was used to establish a total energy consumption model for energy-saving mode of hydropower building construction,and the energy consumption,transportation energy consumption and construction energy consumption of the building were calculated.The evaluation process provided basic data,the BIM technology was integrated with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation object feature matrix,the variable range was determined according to the index evaluation interval,and the fuzzy evaluation model of the building construction energy-saving mode was established.All evaluations were calculated by the evaluation model.The membership degree of the indicator is normalized to obtain the evaluation value of the construction energy saving mode.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional evaluation method,the proposed method is closer to the measured results and the evaluation accuracy is higher.
