摘要
为了研究液滴对降落伞织物的冲击作用,分别建立了液滴的流场网格模型和织物的结构网格模型。利用试验得到织物的透水率参数,通过双向流固耦合的方法,进行了不同工况下液滴冲击织物的数值仿真。分析了液滴外形的变化特征以及织物所受撞击力的影响因素。将数值计算结果和试验结果进行对比,结果表明:数值计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了方法的可行性和正确性。
In order to study the impact of droplet on parachute fabrics,a flow field model of droplet and a structural model of fabrics was established respectively.Water permeability parameters of fabrics was obtained by experiments,and the numerical simulation of droplet impact on fabric under different working conditions were carried out by the method of two-way fluid structure interaction.The characteristics of droplet shape changing and the influence factors of impact force on fabrics were analyzed.The numerical results were compared with experiment.The results indicate that the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental one and the feasibility and correctness of this method is verified.
