通过回顾国内外与患者伤害相关的卫生经济学研究,对患者伤害与卫生经济学的相关概念、患者伤害发生率、患者伤害经济负担以及国内外患者伤害卫生经济学研究现状等进行了阐述,以期引起医疗机构决策者及管理者对患者伤害卫生经济学研究的关注。

The paper reviewed the current health economics research on patient harm at home and abroad,including the related definitions of patient harm and health economics,the incidence of patient harm,the economic burden of pa tient harm and the status of health economics research on patient harm etc,in order to arouse the attention on health economics research of patient harm from decision makers and managers in medical institutions.
