摘要
采用人工智能技术来提高火电站的安全性、经济性和环保性已成为行业研究和应用热点。本文在总结人工智能技术在火电站设备层、控制层及管理层研究应用及智能电站建设现状基础上,对应用过程中遇到的主要问题进行了说明,如系统架构缺陷、感知设备缺失、数据共享困难以及认知差异和标准规范缺失等。提出了火电站在向智能化发展过程中,在平台的开发完善、燃料管理、主动安全、设备故障预警、锅炉燃烧控制、网源互动灵活性控制、机器人巡检、设备检测、竞价决策支持、信息和功能安全、集团级数据平台等方面的应加强研究和应用。
Using artificial intelligence technology to improve the safety, economy and environmental protection of thermal power stations has become a hot spot in industry research and application. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of application of artificial intelligence technology in equipment layer, control layer and management layer of thermal power plants and presenting the construction situation of smart power plants, this paper describes the main problems encountered during the application process, such as system architecture defects, lack of perceived devices, data sharing difficulties, cognitive differences and lack of standard specifications. It puts forward that research and application should be strengthened in the process of the development of thermal power plant to intellectualization in the following aspect: the development and perfection of the platform, fuel management, active safety, early warning of equipment failure, boiler combustion control, network source interactive flexibility control, robot patrol inspection, equipment testing, bidding decision support, information and function security, group-level data platform and so on.
