智能电厂生产管理系统移动应用设计与实现 被引量:14

摘要 随着移动互联技术的高速发展,越来越多的自动化企业和第三方移动解决方案公司开始在工业领域内创建移动信息管理系统。但在发电领域,国内移动应用平台大多侧重移动办公应用,无法满足生产现场大数据交互、断点续传等需求。生产管理系统移动应用以移动终端为载体,结合地图定位、流媒体、二维码、NFC、即时通信和无线传感器等先进技术为电厂技术人员开展现场作业、状态分析提供智能化手段。该系统实现了电厂运行管理中缺陷、工作票、操作票、操作命令票、巡检等业务在生产现场的实时办理,实现了智能终端、人、生产设备的有机融合及信息的互联互通,有效提高电厂生产管理流程环节的效率及安全性,并为后续开展大数据收集及分析创造条件。 With the rapid development of mobile internet technology, more and more automation companies and third-party mobile-solutions consultancies are beginning to create mobile information systems in the industrial sector. However, in the field of power generation, domestic mobile application platforms mostly focus on mobile office applications, which cannot meet the needs of big data interaction and break-point resume at the production site. Mobile application of production management system, which uses mobile terminal as a carrier while combining with advanced technologies such as map positioning, streaming media, QR code, NFC, instant messaging and wireless sensor, provides intelligent means for power plant technicians to carry out on-site operation and state analysis. This application also achieves the real-time handling of works at the production site, such as, defects, work tickets, operating tickets, operating order tickets and inspections as well as the interconnection of information and the organic integration of intelligent terminal, human and production equipment. This effectively improves the efficiency and safety of the production management process of the power plant, and creates conditions for subsequent big data collection and analysis.
