摘要
针对传统垃圾热值计算的大滞后性问题,本文依靠对垃圾池入炉量及发酵天数等数据的采集,利用数学手段进行分析,建立智能化数学模型,预测垃圾入炉量。利用该一体智能化模型,可在垃圾剧烈燃烧严重影响炉温之前获得蒸汽负荷。该模型可以针对不同垃圾炉的不同特性,对不同工况的焚烧炉进行预测建模。本文研究结果可为后续垃圾发电厂自动燃烧控制系统(ACC)的投入提供重要依据。
In view of the lagging problem of conventional waste calorific value calculation, relying on collecting the data such as the amount of waste fed into the furnace and the number of fermentation days, this paper uses mathematical means to establish an intelligent mathematical model, and predict the amount of waste fed into the furnace. By applying this intellectualized model, the steam load can be obtained before the severe combustion of waste seriously affects the furnace temperature. The model can be used to build predictive models for different incinerators under different operating conditions according to their different characteristics. The research results provide an important basis for the input of automatic combustion control system(ACC) in subsequent waste power plants.
