百菌清、溴氰菊酯含量测量结果不确定度的评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Chlorothalonil and Deltamethrin Content

对液液萃取-气相色谱法测定水中百菌清、溴氰菊酯的不确定度进行评估,在测定过程中,对标准曲线、样品取样量、定容体积、测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析,按《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059-1999)的规定进行合成,最终给出扩展不确定度,为气相色谱法测量水中百菌清、溴氰菊酯的实验室质量控制和不确定度评定提供参考依据。

The uncertainty of determination of chlorothalonil and deltamethrin in water by liquid-liquid extraction-gas chro?matography was evaluated.In the process of determination,the components affecting the uncertainty such as standard curve,sam?ple size,constant volume and measurement repeatability were ana?lyzed.The uncertainty was synthesized according to the provisions of"Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty"(JJF 1059-1999).Finally,the extended uncertainty was given.It can provide reference for quality control and uncertainty evalua?tion of chlorothalonil and deltamethrin in water by gas chromatog?raphy.
