摘要
Phung Xa丝绸村(越南河内市)开发了一种新型独特的天然真丝面料莲花丝绸。莲花丝绸是一种高档材料,含有当地人民娴熟技术和从莲花茎中提取的纤维。2000年以来,生物燃料和环保纺织产品的需求不断增加,丝绸业成为越南主导产品之一,且是高附加值产品,为越南的GDP和国民经济做出了积极贡献。通过文献资料和实际研究,文章介绍和分析了莲花丝绸发展的织造技术及其优良品质,如光泽自然、对染料有亲和力、色彩鲜艳、吸收能力高和质量轻。此外,还提出了莲花丝绸在纺织和时装业中作为优质面料的一些应用。
A new and unique kind of natural silk fabric has been developed in Phung Xa Silk Village(Ha Noi City,Vietnam).Lotus silk is a high-class material containing the skillful technology of peasants and the uniqueness of fiber extracted and taken from the stem of lotus flower.Since the 2000s,when silk industry has become one of the leading element that churning out value-added products and contributing positively to the GDP and national economy of Vietnam,the requirement of bioinspired and environmental-friendly textile products has been increased.By documents and practical research,this article attempts to provide the in-depth knowledge of development of lotus silk with its exquisite qualities like natural sheen,inherent affinity for dyes and vibrant colours,high absorbing capacity and light weight.Besides,this article also suggests some applications of lotus silk in textile and fashion industry as high quality fabric.
