发酵中草药添加剂的特点及其在动物生产中的应用研究

长期使用抗生素容易产生耐药性,并且会在畜产品中残留,会对动物的健康养殖造成不良的影响。发酵中草药作为一种绿色的饲料添加剂,安全性高,具有副作用小、不易在畜禽中残留、几乎无耐药性以及功能广泛的特点,越来越多的被应用于畜禽养殖中。本文通过对发酵中草药添加剂的作用特点及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为发酵中草药的研究应用提供参考。

Long-term use of antibiotics is prone to drug resistance and can persist in animal products,which can adversely affect the healthy culture of animals. As a green feed additive, fermented Chinese herbal medicine has high safety, few side effects, lower residual, no drug resistance and wide functions, which is increasingly used in livestock breeding. This paper provides a reference for the research and application of fermented Chinese herbal medicine by reviewing the characteristics of fermented Chinese herbal medicine additives and their application in animal production.
