摘要
在涂布白纸板芯层生产中添加复合矿物纤维,当复合矿物纤维加填量为5%时,可使网下白水浓度降低14.7%,芯层上浆阀门开度、浆料流量均下降,节省了浆料用量;纸板内结合强度提高37.4J/m^2,横向挺度降低15.7%,纵向挺度降低16.9%o在客户对纸板指标可接受的条件下,使用复合矿物纤维适度加填,涂布白纸板生产成本每吨纸板降低45?60元。
Composite mineral fibers were used as filler adding in the core layer of coated white board.When the dosage of composite mineral fibers was 5%,the concentration of white water under the forming wire decreased by 14.7%,the opening of stock valve and stock flow of the core layer decreased,and the pulp consumption was saved.The internal bonding strength of the board increased by 37.4 J/m^2,the CD stiffness and the MD stiffness decreased by 15.7%and 16.9%respectively.Under the acceptable condition of paper property,the production cost of coated white board could be reduced by RMB 45~60 per ton by using composite mineral fibers as filler.
